Charlotte Tilbury Glow Toner is a brightening and smoothing facial toner that helps skin look fresher, smoother, and more even, while supporting skin hydration and improving the appearance of pores. Directions: apply to clean skin in the morning and/or evening with a cotton pad or your hands, then follow with serum and moisturizer.
Tip: for a more pronounced “glow” effect, use the toner regularly and finish with a moisturizing cream.
